Regular Goldwork Classes Terms and conditions

We/Us – refers to Golden Hinde

You/your – refers to yourself

It is up to you to read the terms and conditions as this is a binding agreement, we reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time, but it is up to you to check any amendments that may be applicable.

Terms and Conditions of Booking:

A booking is made with us when you pay, and a binding contract will come into existence between you and us as soon as we have issued you with a booking confirmation this is either in the form of a website confirmation, an invoice or signature on the terms and conditions (this is as per the first received)

You must commit to a minimum of 1 full term – 9 classes. At agreed class fee of £40 per month to be paid via Direct debit. From the second term onwards we would reduce this cost to £32*

No products are included in the monthly cost this price covers tutor costs only

Term times

Term times run from January to July and September to December and equates to 9 classes a term

Cancellations:

We would need a minimum of 1 months’ notice in writing of giving up your place. If this is within a term you will be expected to pay the remainder of that term.

If we Cancel:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a lesson, we would contact you as soon as possible via telephone and offer an alternative date.

Course details:

We work hard to ensure that the information to the courses is accurate at time of booking. Occasionally, changes may need to be made to venue, menus, or facilities, we will advise you of these as soon as we are aware and will amend like for like where possible. We do not take responsibility for closures out of our control.

Personal injury, and loss of property

We take no liability personal injury to yourself or any of your party. It is your responsibility to safeguard your personal safety and personal property. We take no liability for any loss or damage to any of your personal property, in the first instance we would advise you to contact reception to see if any items have been handed in.

We are unable to offer any cover or recommend any policies, this must be done by you. We are unable to refund monies due to unforeseen circumstances and the cancelation policy above would stand.

Our Studio

Most day course are held at our Warrington Studio, we would advise if an alternative venue. Regardless of venue all our customers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others.

Animals:

Animals are not permitted at our venues, except for assistant animals, if you need an assistant dog to attend you must advise us of this to make sure they can be accommodated, and we can confirm as appropriate.

Communication:

We will communicate any details regarding the course via e-mail unless requested by you. This would be information with directions to the venue, items to bring and any other useful information.

By making a booking or signing this form the person named on the booking agrees on behalf of any person/s detailed on the booking that:

  1. You have read the terms and conditions of Booking and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them.
  2. You consent to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements)

It your responsibility to check any amendments to the terms and conditions which would be updated on our website.
