Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please contact us first to advise that you are returning an item.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must be well protected and returned in the original or similar postage packaging that it was sent to you. (items returned with out protection will not be refunded – i.e in a non padded envelope/box) please be aware that some items require to be retuned in a box to prevent damage i.e kits
Some items of goods are non-refundable, they include but are not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Real gold Jap
- 2% gold items
- discounted products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this can be done via email with your order confirmation/order number
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be offered or refunds may be refused:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- DVD with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds
Al refunds are completed using the same method items were paid for via our website, bank transfer or card payment. We would advise when a refund has been actioned but it can take upto 30 days to be processed dependent on the refund method used.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can check if the refund has gone through from our side.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To clarify we can only refund any goods directly to the original purchaser and card. If items were sent to an alternative person at an alternative address directly a credit note will be offered
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Golden Hinde 28 Edward Gardens, Martinscroft, Warrington Cheshire WA1 4QT – items must be returned in suitable packaging, if items are not protected adequately and are damaged on return in transit we have the right to refuse to refund. Items must be returned in a saleable condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are overseas (outside of the UK) we are not responsible for any customs charges and we will not refund these charges
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
