Whipped Plate in Silver is a smooth flat wire, whipped with a wire to give a textured surface, comes in a 1 metre length and can be used to fill in an area, usually used in a zig zag pattern. Ideal to use over felt or card. Also available in Broad and 11’s (thinner plate).
