Rococco

Roccoco thread is made by tightly wrapping a fine wire around a silk or cotton core, so it gives it a lovely wavy appearance. This is a great thread to add texture and therefore will add interest to a goldwork project.  When using Roccoco you would plunge the ends and couch the Roccoco into place using Translucent or a similar sewing thread.
