Brass stiletto
Brass stiletto ideal to use for the prick and pounce method of transferring a design. This is the traditional technique of transferring an embroidery design by pricking you tracing with tiny holes with the stiletto, then placing it on your fabric of choice. When you are ready you can then move to the pounce, this is where powder is used, this can be the traditional charcoal or a white fine power. Pounce your powder all over your design making sure to cover your holes that you pricked, this will then leave tiny dots showing the outline of your design on the fabric.
