Welcome to our May Newsletter. Things are looking up in the UK, our lockdowns are starting to ease and Kate is in the office a lot more so is here to answer the phone and any queries. The end of April was very hectic with lots to do before the Easter break so we do have a few updates for you this month, which can be found below.

We have been extremely busy the past few months and we are restocking all stock as quickly as possible including kits all new ones made up will be in our new packaging. If something that you want is showing out of stock keep checking back or drop us an e-mail.
Did you know that we have social media channels? We are on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. We have now set up a TikTok account so if you want to see some stock and items that we have sent out go over and give us a follow.

We have recently started our new Blog on our website. We are excited to share this with you. We will be adding all newsletters, so if you miss one or they get lost in your masses of emails, don’t worry you can find them all in our blog, we have already added the last 6 months. In addition to the newsletters, you will find a Blog with news, project write-ups, product reviews. As well as product updates and general news, so make sure you take a look on a regular basis. You will also find interim updates between newsletters such as post delays at times such as Christmas and Easter, updates to T&C’s and any other general information.
May Bank Holidays in the UKThe office will be closed over the bank holiday weekend so we will be closing on Friday 30th April at 3pm and re-open on 4th May at 9am . So there will be no one in the office to answer any calls on the Monday. The website will be running as usual and you are able to place your orders and we will pick them up on our return on the Tuesday. We do have a second bank holiday on the 31st May, we will also be closed for this, we close at 3pm on Friday 28th May and re-open on 1st June 2021
We will be holding our own retreats in 2021, with 2022 dates coming very soon. Bookings can be made via our website by clicking the link below. There are offers currently running on the website for our 2021 retreats, check them out now before the offers end. We have now have some limited spaces on our Illuminated letters course as well.

New Dates Monday 21st and Tuesday 22nd June 2021Silk shading with RSN tutor Kate Barlow We still have a few spaces left on the Silk shading course, this is a special one of course and the dates fall outside the road map dates set by the English government. So we shouldn’t have to change the dates again. Why not join us for a day of stitching, we will still be following any guidance such as social distancing and any other recommendations. There also will be no crowding around the tutor Every one already booked on the course were advised of the new dates at the beginning of March (we resent the email on 19th April as the original failed to get to some people)

Large Circle Brooch Frames Our brooch frames are always popular but this month they have been extra popular. The Circle brooch frames are available in 2 sizes a large and small and both have been really popular but the large one has been our best seller this month. We are delighted that we have been able to arrange courses for 2021. We have New dates for our day courses that were postponed from 2020, and we have a new heirloom in a day class available to book. These dates have been amended on the website and if you are affected we will have contacted you by e-mail separately but if in any doubt please drop us an e-mail.
We are currently changing the packaging for our kits, so over the next few months. This will be a slow process and when we restock kits they will be in the new packaging. If you order more than one kit they may be in different packaging as we go through the transition period.
