Day course terms and conditions
Terms and Conditions of Booking:
A booking is made with us when you pay, and a binding contract will come into existence between you and us as soon as we have issued you with a booking confirmation this is either in the form of a website confirmation, an invoice or signature on the terms and conditions (this is as per the first received)
We require full payment at time of booking to secure your place. 15% of the cost of the class will be classed as a non-refundable deposit. Should there be any increased charges we reserve the right to pass on these charges.
The course fee does not include any material packs unless otherwise stated at time of booking these will be payable at the event.
Amendments to your booking:
We are unable to offer amendments to Day courses as they are individual courses and no like for like so cancellation fees will apply, if we have an alternative course available we will offer as an alternative but an administration fee of £10 would be applied, plus any additional costs that may need to be paid. If a cheaper course we would refund the difference minus the administration fee.
Cancellations:
Any Cancellations must be provided in Writing via e-mail or letter, we can not accept a verbal cancelation. The following cancellation fees will apply:
14 days or less – no refund will be given
15 – 31 days – 75% of total cost so you will receive a 25% refund
32 – 45 days – 50% of total cost or non refundable deposit (whichever is the greatest) if we are able to re-sell your place we will refund all minus the non-refundable deposit.
46 days or more – non refundable deposit will be retained but all other monies will be refunded
If we Cancel:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, we would contact you as soon as possible in writing (e-mail or letter) to advise of any changes if we are able to change dates or cancellation. We do reserve the right to charge any difference in cost if higher than the original cost.
If an alternative date is not suitable, we would then offer a full refund of any monies paid.
Course details:
We work hard to ensure that the information to the courses is accurate at time of booking. Occasionally, changes may need to be made to venue, menus, or facilities, we will advise you of these as soon as we are aware and will amend like for like where possible. We do not take responsibility for closures out of our control.
Personal injury, and loss of property
We take no liability personal injury to yourself or any of your party. It is your responsibility to safeguard your personal safety and personal property. We take no liability for any loss or damage to any of your personal property, in the first instance we would advise you to contact reception to see if any items have been handed in.
Insurance:
We strongly advise that you take out your own insurance. You must be satisfied that your insurance policy fully covers all your personal requirements including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, in the event of accident or illness. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses.
We are unable to offer any cover or recommend any policies, this must be done by you. We are unable to refund monies due to unforeseen circumstances and the cancelation policy above would stand.
Our Studio
Most day course are held at our Warrington Studio, If we are using an alternative venue this will be state on the description and at time of booking. Regardless of venue all our customers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others.
Animals:
Animals are not permitted at our venues, except for assistant animals, if you need an assistant dog to attend you must advise us of this to make sure they can be accommodated, and we can confirm as appropriate.
Communication:
We will communicate any details regarding the course via e-mail unless another meathod is requested by you. This would be information with directions to the venue, items to bring and any other useful information.
It is your responsibility to advise of any dietary or access requirements, we will send a reminder for these, if we are not advised then we cannot guarantee that your requirements will be catered for.
